Wouldn't it be better for a new agent with no local network to draw upon, to try to work at a new home builder where you might make less money per sale but at least you have sales and can turn customers into potential clients down the road?

i am buying from the sheriff foreclosure sale. i am doing a title search, and i see the following ; judgement obtained by chase bank on 1/26/2018, and it was later assigned from Chase to VRTG ASSET TRUST on 9/21/18.

You then resell it.It is the same as any for-sale-by-owner and perfectly legal.What is not legal in every state is assignment - getting a property under contract and selling the contract.But wholesaling is legal everywhere.

Also, be careful about transferring the title to an LLC while you have a conventional residential mortgage, as there are lots of discussions about that and the due on sale clause.
