I have 2 mentions in today's local newspaper.  1 guy for a speeding ticket, and another mention for a medical emergency.How many have you had in a single newspaper edition?

Willing to go another round with this seller and his representation? 

People put cars, trailers, campers, boats, off road vehicles and other big ticket items for sale in any spot they can find near the refinery parking lot. 

College is supposed to produce more educated, well rounded individual for greater good of society -- yes, its a pretty loft, high-minded sentiment. 

Broker will charge what they think they can get away with. 

I know it's more of a guideline than a rule, but I just don't understand how I could get away with charging $6,000 a month on a $300k house, which is the average price in my market.

this is common I don't have but a few mortgages now with one paying off next week.. but I always round up when i start out with them.. for instance if my house payment is 2500 a month I just start with 3k a month or if it was an investment prop and the payment was 1250.. i might set it up at 1500.. 

Assume for round numbers that it is $300k at the time of sale.

On the SFH do you plan on using it as a STR in the summer only or year round? 

Most likely targeting Round Rock and Hutto/Taylor area.
