I went through trial and error with many investment vehicles.1st was CDs, Mutual Funds/ very slow returns 2nd was investing with people who say they can give me great returns/ Works but not every time. 3rd learning to invest in ETFs, Stocks and Options contracts/ Worth the journey. 4th was passive income business.

Excited like any rookie in veterans sport should be, I had started with a win that has created momentum to build a financially strong franchise.

This is the biggest tidbit I give rookie investors.

Further, any other bank is going to do the same thing- send an appraiser who will find the error.

There may be some user error on my part in navigating the site as I'm still getting the hang of the forum, so if there is something obvious on BP there is a good chance I've missed it. 

I keep seeing LLCs bid on the these HOAs and I know they are not rookies or this is a "mistake"Could someone explain to me what you can do with an HOA lien ? 

It is a very expensive market, and even just outside of the city, but within Cook County, there is not much room for error.

I do have some good experience with my local market being a realtor but a rookie when it comes to the investing side and rehabbing.

Which is why there is so little margin for error in lower value notes.I'd love to get Steve's numbers on this one.
