I just accept them.. although I really do appreciate the one's that come with nice notes... and I respond with a nice note back on each of those... the one's with no message  I just click it.. not sure what that does for the person that is requesting to be a Colleague...

We were working on a lease for a new tenant and a different property and I took this opportunity to put in careful wording that requests for repairs will be responded to within 24 hours during normal business hours, except in the event of an emergency.

Of course I have tried contacting the person who rented the property but they've never responded to my emails.I had no idea paypal could just allow third parties to deduct funds from my account.
