In a meeting with construction company hired to do the repair the company stated they will be demolishing any tile put on balconies as part of the work they are doing.I talked to the HOA president after the meeting and he told me he doesn't remember saying I didn't need an architectural change request for the balcony tile and it's exclusive use common property.
