In general, I'm keen on Germantown, there's a definite push right now to improve housing in the area, and I think it's just getting more and more attractive to folks who are liking all the great things about NW philly but are getting priced out of Mt Airy.

Can you mitigate a lot of this of course you can.. but buyers tend to want the most bang for the buck because this generation of investor is brained washed into thinking its all about cash flow .. appreciation is just luck or speculating..

I do like that he doesn't push his training on anyone, and doesn't make it sound like an infomercial.

But gave them a big push so to speak by bringing it to forum at the town meeting etc pushing for the vote etc etc.  

To do this, push the kitchen wall to the spot just past the current arch from the dining room to the kitchen.

Sometimes they will try that and you have to push back that the effective date was when they started coverage.
