Not sure if you've been using a real estate lawyer, but they'd be able to push back on the seller's attorney that the expectation is that tax conditions are as originally presented, and if they are not, you have the opportunity to receive concessions to make up for any unanticipated difference.Which part of Brooklyn are you buying in?

This dictates not only the amount of time you can list the property, but also you may have to pay them after your contract expires if you sell it within x months.Call the broker and present your case.

It cost more than $400 to replace the locks.There have been several more problems with the rehab: a leaking roof, trash in the back yard, poorly installed tiles that broke within two months of a tenant moving in, plumbing that backed up and flooded the basement with sewage within two months, and more.In all, it has cost me $4149 to repair these things so far, and new problems continue to present themselves.

My co-lister would be presented to the client as the one who would be actively selling the property, and would receive his/her share of the commission for doing all the follow-up, including any open houses.

You only incur imputed interest if the installment sale payments are less than the present value of the sum of principle and AFR interest amounts.
