Obviously my agent didn't have my best interests in mind (that whole ethics and doesn't have any discussion). 

All that I know is that I made my mind already, and that I will not pay a rent for much longer.

When the bank changes their mind or decides they don't want to answer for months and months who does everyone remember?

Ive got 2 on my mind, but I'm open to opinions.1) Frontier Real Estate Services2) Frontier InvestmentsI'm sure everyone has similar ideas on how and what the organization will do, but so we are on the same page ultimately Id like to be a one stop shop (not necessarily a brokerage though). 

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of entity or contacts are you setting up for these partnerships?  

Only thing to keep in mind is if the note is called be prepared to handle it appropriately. 

Keep in mind of all fees and holding cost related to the transaction.
