Allowing owner occupied short term rentals is a joke.

Of course I'm still waiting for Aaron's credit card and I'm sure that figure will double :-) .....inside joke from the San Francisco summit 

On the bright side I love  my subs and GC and we joke and sexually harass each other mercilessly - now these guys I hire every time as we have an equal and respectful relationship of don't give a d**n.

To answer your question...I would only do business with them if they were making gender decisions in my favor....All jokes aside that is ridiculous, it speaks to the ignorance of the lender.

I did a double take because I was thinking LAST monday of the month, but July and sept have 5 mondays in the month (insert Office Space joke here______).I like this idea, maybe a small expert presentation (10 minutes), followed by questions, followed by introductions and then pure networking with others who hold your interest?

But to my knowledge the fraction of their members that actually own property in the area is a joke compared to what I have seen at chicago cash flow (the mastery program). 

Every investor here knows that is a joke because 30 billion is pennies in the bucket but the average person wouldn't know that. 

@Maciej Michalak zillow can and does work ok in nc for finding houses everyone else is right by the time it hits zillow it is gone comps and  zestimate is a joke.
