All these strategies depend greatly on location, layout and your personal comfort level.   

Does anyone have any negative/positive personal experiences with buying properties of this age

Our goal ultimately is to create cash flow within 10 years of 6k-10k ideally and also be able to buy our personal home in Texas that will be our forever home once we relocated there in 6 years.

My answer is, right or wrong, I put lying about "other offers" as just fair game negotiations that don't really reflect on a person's honesty.  

With purchasing the program, it also comes with 2 tickets to his live in person 3 day commercial empire event wherever it may be.

I think the way to handle this is to  divide the property by the portion you use for tax purposes similar to a personal property and the expenses accordingly. 

The paperwork they sent asks for a lot of personal information that I am uncomfortable giving - like SS#, and they already have my address.

Nobody is perfect, every single person you deal with is going to make mistakes eventually.

I would love to take a personal loan out but there is a problem with my past.
