Looking to purchase a beach condo and use primarily as a vacation rental.

It is beachfront property in Long Beach NY.  

When we bought the property we made it a point to go introduce ourselves, explain what we are doing with the property, and exchanged info telling them to call us ASAP if there is ever an issue. 2 things that happened the first month of renting were people throwing Beach towels over the fence to dry and ppl throwing cigarettes into his yard.

I own a residential lot free and clear in a good neighborhood (you can walk to banks, schools.supermarkets, and the beach)but not capital to build income property.

I'm looking for someone, preferably someone already designated a superhost, to manage my single family as an Airbnb in Long Beach.

We have very similar criteria here in the beach areas during the summer, and around retail centers during holidays.

I know there is a meet up in Delray, but does anyone know if there are any North Palm Beach groups that meet near the Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter area? 

There is a nice 55+ community in Boynton Beach on the intracoastal but you can't rent for the first two years.
