I do not believe they have any say over this as their parking situation that was in outlined in the lease is not changing and the fact the front yard is not "theirs".

It will be much easier for both involved if the exit strategy is already outlined, otherwise when the time comes no one will agree and it will be a pain to settle who gets what, etc.

As far new students, there aren’t that many to fill the number of large apartments being built and continue to be built.The areas that don’t outline the school area are rentals targeting non-students and are not seeing rentals being filled.

You will also want to put in writing and have tenants sign upon receiving it a document that outlines the house rules and use of common areas.

So apologies for not being clear on the differences I see (and try to discriminate against) ACTUAL service pets as outlined by the ADA and this, and someone who is trying to scam the systems and makes it more difficult for people who actually have a disability.
