This will not appear on your credit report as it is supplied to the LLC and depending on the mid-FICO of the guarantor(s) you might be able to finance up to 75% of the appraised value.The down side is the rate is slightly higher than a residential style mortgage supplied in your name, but to me its worth it as there is no cap on how many you can have open at a time.
