Suffice to say if I gave you print outs of all the calculators I ran which varied on rental income by +- 200 and the various selling prices, you'd see why I targeted the $185K number as "safe" top end.

Offering 80% share of the acquisition fee and 20% of GP equity ongoing is very generous (although the fees are a little low in the example) almost too good to be true so make sure you get all agreements in writing before you share the deal with them.

I've also been checking out the BP podcast and reading blogs.I plan on going to my first local event next week and try to get more networking going.It's always hard to know where your blind spots are when you first start out in something but I also want to take care that I don't suffer analysis paralysis.Any suggestions for further education would be appreciated but then I'm also finding the next steps to be challenging.

Man am I glad I didn’t throw $2,500 at that (again, I’m not 100% certain if I remember the price correctly; could have been $1,500).My VA is very savvy when it comes to CRM and data management, but she had difficulty with ongoing glitches in the system, routinely canceled Q&A training calls (sometimes without even being notified that the trainings were not going on as scheduled), and a customer service team that would oftentimes not follow through with expectations they had set.
