The ones showing 5 stars all look and sound the same, I'm sure they were paid for that. 

Might not be the option for everyone but it saves us about 2.75% per sale which is rolled into the next deal.See what you are getting on the buy and list end and interview a few agents to find one that meshes with your expectations.

Officially, the buyer is the one enlisting the services of the buyer's agent and also the one compensating them (however this can be offset by the seller's offer of compensation).

Second, it will take a lawyer that specializes in Real Estate law, which we have a few good ones in Nicholasville. 

I feel that for a single person or a couple, this would not be a dealbreaker as one room could be used as the main bedroom and one as an office/personal space.
