If someone offers you 2x what you paid now, take it and do it again.

I offer homeowners a contingency plan best on their family needs and their times it is not in their best interest or best solution where they may need either sell their home to an investor for a discount or in market value.

We recently bought and rehabbed a standalone Philadelphia townhome - the city knocked down the townhomes on either side about 5-6 years ago.

I have had a State Farm homeowners policy but they won't renew because it's a rental and they don't offer RDI.Would love to find a broker who could help.  

Who has offered this?  

My intent is to convert half of this space into a bedroom by adding drywall on two sides with a door. 

The benefits on the lending side are huge--lower rates and much lower down payment requirements.

If it is not signed, it is not a binding commitment... it was an offer.  

Tarrant county is so overlooked by landlord investors but it seems the list of large companies building large facilities with lots of employees on the Fort Worth side is never-ending.

We use a lot of caulk on damaged wood to help fill in gaps, etc - especially up high on the sides of houses.
