I have a large apt building in Houston and actively invest there as well.

These neighborhoods are very actively developing high end condos to attract the New York buyers who have been priced out of their city. 

I am looking to network with active and experienced;1.

Very active REIA with a lot of resources offered.  

I've already sorted through some basic numeric parameters via excel.  

My day job is analytically oriented, so by nature I won't make a deal unless I'm sound in the numbers; at the same time I've seen it mentioned here numerous times that the biggest recommendation is to start making actions.Hope your week is going well as we approach Thanksgiving, and as always thanks for the advice!

I served on active duty from 2007-2012 and will be graduating this spring with my degree from Liberty.

Any other advice you can provide regarding how you deal withyour building supper for these activities will be helpful.  

I'm new so I feel like I need this activity-backing out before I even try is NOT on my to do list.
