Answer: The borrowerAnyone includes you, the other guy, the lender, the real estate agent, the seller, the buyer, the closing agent, the attorney, the plumber, or any entity. The judge is going to nail the person responsible for the problem. If you, as the super duper whizbang RE investor operator devises, constructs, establishes terms and/or conditions, offers and conveys the idea of some RE transaction to an unknowing, less clever, uneducated, naïve property owner and then introduces the documents to facilitate that transaction and you then make that financing agreement......it's going to be on your azz.How do you get caught?

Lazy Land lord tips pt 2 removing wall paper

besides you may get carpal tunnel.second the smaller bottles internal parts will fail after a while the pump sprayer will last much longermethodthe procedure is simple but time consuming Unfortunately there is no easy way to do this.make holes in the paper with the mouse thingy make sure you get a good layer of holes I would say at least 40-60% of the paper should be perforated. spray on the solution and follow the mfrs suggestion on waiting time(big point) always follow the MFR suggestion because they usually know how their product works best you can always improvise as you get into the product but start with the mfrs suggestion first.my solution had the sheets pull off in big sheets the more carefully you peel the bigger the sheetsmy recomendation is to take your time with this steppulling carefully and strategically to get the best pull.if you get a stubborn spot stop make more holes and use more solution.the lazy landlord lets the tools and products do all the work.Even if you are careful you will get spots where the wall paper will have to be scrapeda new scraper that is stiff is best I have also found that using my finger nails worked better than the scraper in some situations.I just acted like I was giving my my doggie a good scratching it is the same motion and I was able to get the paper up very efficiently my wall when done looked much better in terms of no damage then my contractors wall which was full of divots and holes which needed to be patched later.as always throw away as you godont move on to the next wall before throwing away the paper that you have removedit sticks to the floor and is a pain to get up. taking more time and making a hard job harder. That is it stay tuned for flooring repair and screening the lazy landlord way.

There was also the fact that the natives knew the land better than the foreigners and would constantly escape but de las casas advocated to free the native americans which happened and they decided to replace them with african americans.this move makes little sense to me since he saw the suffering of one group of people and decides to replace them with another but that's besides the point. You are also correct about the different groups of people who have come to america and made it their home, the irish, polish, germans, jews, you name it they've come but again they came of their own free will, whether it be to flee the potato famine in the mid 1700's or the jews during the world war they choose to come here.the fact that you said you don't see any representation of the immigrants or the slaves in our constitution illustrates my point exactly that the people who benefited the most from the free labor (slavery) wouldn't even state so in their constitution because it goes against everything they wanted their new country to stand for.

Buying rentals in semi warzones???

I deal with this often with my Roseville Rental or MH Rental I will get an applicant (Hairdressers, barbers, nail techs, etc) that I KNOW makes enough money, but based off of documents like 1040s and 1099s its nearly impossible to back into the numbers they are really doing without "fudging", opening yourself up to risk, and frankly there are plenty of people with verifiable income.I was trying to rent a place to a guy with a landscaping business, he made enough money, he is a fairly reputable landscaping company in Macomb County.
