HI everyone, I am gearing up to rent my ADU out and currently, electricity and gas coveres both the ADU and the front house where i sleep.

The top units gas bill was twice that of the first floor which was a dead give away that there was poor insulation.

Driving for dollars still involves gas money. 

The realtor selling the property said the best use would be to tear down the building and put in a gas station, 3 acres property, realtor stated selling as land.Location of property: NOVA, busy intersection in a huge growth area. 

Next, they finally moved someone into the other building and she was robbed, had her car broken into, and her gas siphoned out of her car.

You see it going out to dinner, at the gas pump, in the grocery store, or have you even looked at vehicle prices lately? 

However I would say check with your lender on the 3% rate that might not be possible any more, and -1 on gas isn't going to work but a dollar wont make a difference.

And she would say I didn't know I needed gas and then go handle it.
