also be very careful of advanced fee schemes that are rampant on the internet and here on BP you may get a PM  hey howzit  you looking for a loan then back and forth then your approved magically all U need is to send them 500 to 1500 bucks to do the docs and the money has to be in gift cards or some silly thing like that..

Don’t start stoopid and forget to change your drivers license, bank address, put all the utilities in your name, lie to the county property tax collectors, make sure your renters are willing to lie for you to, and never piss them off since they could blackmail you, make sure you declare rent for your current property unless you sell it, since it’s not your residence anymore, change your address with the irs and your employer, and your credit cards and the credit agencies, voter registration, that should cover most of it.
