So, each band is restrictive in that manner.Interestingly enough, there was just an article about the mid level price band of assets and potential consumers being under served.  

I'm horrible at networking, so I've slowly nudged our conversations towards real estate investing.I have modest personal funds at my disposal and I'm primarily interested in purchasing several rental income properties, but price is my entry barrier.

What does work is the farm-to-table vertical integration business plan, where the consumer buys organically grown produce directly from the grower at nearly the same price, for better food, that they'd pay in the grocery store.

Tax liens and time consuming for us over a two week period each year, done right it brings in tens of thousands of dollars each year...and its now done with their interest being invested to pay me for loaning their money back to them!

There are also crooks, shisters, scammers and low life's buying notes, dealing in predatory waters, but with the new rules of the game in some areas consumer financing, they will be having issues sooner than later.

Other than the fact that it's time consuming, I actually enjoy that piece of it.

All the background stuff, all the calls, credit checks evictions, criminal records, and so on are time consuming. 

Unfortunately, many see it as "gov'mint" restriction rather than a reasonable consumer protection.
