no one thought they could go higher and the crash was upon us anytime soon.. not only did it not crash they went up 20X   not sure if mid west homes that folks are buying for rentals will ever go up like that.. since those homes usually would only go up if rents were to go up significantly..

@Abraham Reddy we're in the same boat, I'm also sitting on some money, was waiting for the supposed "correction" early-mid next year, though I've come to realize the market fundamentals both locally in Minneapolis and nationally remain strong, and paired with rental assistance, etc, approved in the new stimulus package, I suspect prices will only continue to rise.

It's currently vacant (has been for about 2 years) and mid-updating. 2018 photos from the last listing show subfloor and trim missing in some of the rooms and when I spoke with the current owner they mentioned they had updated countertops and removed popcorn ceilings.

little off subject.. but we have a rehabber house in the mid west.. that we sent a wholesaler to look at.I did not know there was a basement.. they found it and what did they find down there but a corpse.. long dead.. they called the cops.. cops or coroner has never contacted me so I suppose they just removed the remains.I will send the next wholesaler who contacts me over there for a price.. they can be good bird dogs..

I'd go for an A grade area you can get something for the mid to low 200s that has 3 or 4 bedrooms and atleast 2 full bathrooms.
