Situation:I have an older lady who called me up with a sorry story that goes something like this.

Just announced 1,300 acre Megasite certification by BNSF for mills county, Iowa near where we live.Is anyone in a market near a site that has matured say 3 to 5 years after the site was certified or after a company came in?   

A good PM company (GOOD being the key word) is worth every single cent and will keep you from aging pre-maturely.

An exchange option would be very difficult, amounts, maturity, yield and risk would need to be adjusted, even up would be impossible but still sounds good to me.We did guarantees by continuing the payments, taking the note, securing collateral and paying it off, or modification or refi it.

Two of the common areas of concern for HELOCs I see out there is the 10 year maturity date and the adjustable rate.

The lady I spoke with said the two people would be mye lease people and insurance would pay me directly. 

Today though, today I locked in a lender that's just someone random lady I know with some money.

These contracts are for terms of 3 years with balloons due upon maturity.
