Ive recently purchased a property in the Panhandle of Florida and after 12 months the driveway has massive cracks in.

Massive zoning changes just took affect July 15th.

It was NOT.... and would've been a massively expensive first lesson. 

The more I'm in the industry, buying investments, and speaking with people who own massive portfolios, the more I hear how grateful people are years and years later that they got in early, even if it "didn't make 100% perfect sense" at the time. 

Well, what happened was the massive humidity loosened probably 50% of the tiles, exposing the cement board/plaster product below and letting a bunch of tiles fall off the wall, where huge chunks of adhesive were stuck in the plaster.

It was listed on the MLS for a few months, most investors would not touch it due to the massive rehab needed.

The city of Reading is also pushing massive revitalizing to clean up some larger buildings & have been granting state & city funds to do so.

I’m not trying to push you away from the Milwaukee area as there are plenty of opportunities in Milwaukee, but areas south of Milwaukee have seen many small to massive (Foxconn) sized investments coming into the area and these residents will need housing. 

And Minneapolis, WAYYyyy to big a city to coin any generalization of it, there is sectors and districts within such a massive city that each varies wildly from the other.

That whole area is seeing massive growth, buoyed by inward migration and its very young and growing population.
