I am a 25 year old travel nurse looking to get into STR (in luxury apartments) and place them on the Airbnb market place.

I work for a brokerage that specializes in running a marketplace full of distressed, off market properties for investors/hedge funds.

“Future” as in, you can raise rent to market when you close, is something I explore often in this market place now.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

For listing, I currently only use Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads, no craigslist, no sign in front of the house, no facebook market place.   

Hey @Jeff Davis, you probably aren't going to find cleaner recommendations here.Your best bet is to try Turno or local Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist for folks doing cleanings.

Right now our team is doing a lot of deals in York/Harrisburg/Lebanon/Lancaster market places.   

I went to my REIA and spoke to Lawyers, Agents, CPA's, Brokers, Lenders, Police Officers, City officials, Detectives, etc.  

Be aware moderators discuss companies that intentionally try to plant feedback and if we detect fake accounts, they can be shut down.

We are seeing a ton of telecommuters and satellite contract employees moving into our market place for our cost of living differential and great way of life.
