We are in the same area and have success with a tool called fastemailflyers.Website is the dot com version of that.It does an e-mail blast of a flyer to all Realtors in the area.

I'm getting ready to do some direct mail and would like to chat about my options.  

I offered pre- stamped envelopes but she is nervous to send by mail because she pays by money order.

We will go with that and probably send via certified mail.

I'm in the process of creating a direct mail marketing list to mobile home parks.My question is, once I have that list created and have the business name, the parks location and address, ect. how do I find the park owners personal/home address?
