We did not have much money, no work, no experience, and a lot of hopes and fears.

Haven't locked down a March date yet but hopefully will soon. 

Limitless Funding source also reached out to us and I was hopeful but after a phone call with a representative, feel as though it is not a safe route.

We also use often for personal use, so in that sense, I had nothing to lose.

I always hear " If theres no cashflow, it's already a bad deal." but at the end of the day I will still own a piece of RE  that will hopeful bring decent cashflow and good equity.Another idea I had is to do a Live&Flip.
