Do we vacate our current house by May to list it for rent by June or do we stay here until the new house is finished?

I’ll start by saying that there are a lot of STR’s in Seattle currently(6k+), which has been increasing over the last few years if you look at the numbers being listed.

I am just starting to analyze some listings in the county, but I am also open to looking outside southern California.My goal is to build my real estate portfolio in ten years to the point where I can live off of it.

He is asking if we would like to buy it back before he lists it.
