Do you mean the required course to gar a license, or some designation after you have your license?

Also 203K will only allow licensed contractors to do the work, So you cant do them yourself. ( this could change your repair cost dramatically)     What is the average days on market for a rental, What is your estimated repair time?

Not to mention all the due diligence that goes into researching the TK business, the property management company, finding a licensed inspector, contracts, leases, etc, etc.

I am actually originally from Boston and still invest there a bit, as well as being a licensed agent in MA.

Construction courses and acquiring a real estate license in your area seem like a no brainer.
