Some neighborhoods that had reasonable price points a year or two ago no longer pencil out as profitable investment areas anymore.The only major growth and development taking place around Schaenfield Place (beyond the levels of growth we’re seeing elsewhere in San Antonio) is the expansion of Hwy 1604.

Usually, the excessive moisture is caused by a leak in the plumbing system underneath the floors and it is usually a hot water pipe leaking.I am a contractor and sometimes I find that the clothes dryer vent is broken somewhere and all the steam coming from the clothes as they dry is going inside the house and collecting on the cool glass windows.You can hire a contractor to look for a leak, or you can purchase a hydrometer online.

I had already decided no way in heck was I going to rent to this group.If I were to rent to students I'd probably choose someone who is further along in their college classes as opposed to a freshmen level student away from home for the first time (and some colleges used to require that 1st or 2nd year students reside on campus unless married or older).

Thanks for weighing in, always appreciatedAS long as they are not creating infestations and Mold and are just normal tenants. you know mattress on the floor  cloths heaped in a pile in the corner  one couch one big screen and maybe a table to eat on.. but no bugs or mold then thats the main issue I think
