I encourage you to ask yourself if your kids and wife didn't have water, air conditioning or secure entries to the property, how would that make you feel?

I have a tenant which just informed me that their new neighbors next door are parking their cars in my tenant's backyard, blocking the driveway, stealing their kid's bikes, etc.

I don't see anything about spindles being added to make it kid proof.

When I had my sister manage my condo, the last thing she wanted to do is get a real estate license, especially when she is doing well in an IT career, and had two kids to raise as a single mom.

He ended up staying 81 weeks, and only left because his girlfriend was pregnant and he didn't want his kid to have a Kansas birth certificate. 

Because they are renters, all they have is the inconvenience.All that said, she (the landlord) needs to do what she feels comfortable with keeping in mind that "timid landlords have skinny kids." 

However, the neighborhood that the house is situated in doesn't have many young children living in it, and more specifically, the street I live on has absolutely no kids and is mostly comprised of young professionals, graduate students, or retirees.I'd appreciate any and all input on this.
