As an appraiser, it is amazing, and infinitely annoying, possibly illegal even, how often a reconsideration of value request comes through when the appraisal does not hit the sales contract bulls-eye.

@Bobby Pagliarini if you occupy one of the units yourself I think it would be perfect to try the other units as AirBNB, since you’ll be able to keep an  eye on them and learn the business closely and personally.
