More than anything I want to get the house rented so I can get into a new place and start the process over again always saving for the next 5% down payment. 

But the title of that property would entirely be in the name of the partnership.Same if you put everyone's individual names on title - it's not split.

Background is she’s about 4 months behind in total rent, original lease ended in December, now going month to month because I didn’t want to put her out as she’s a single mother with 3 kids (also didn’t have the bandwidth to go through the eviction process because this property is in another city)I hired a property manager to help and we’ve recouped a bit of money but she’s still about 6500 owed.

You could be asking for life-changing amount of money from your investor so you should be fair and ensure he or she is well educated about the risks and understands the lending process in the state of the loan.Good luck, Marco.

I went through the setup process meticulously like 5 times, and it says everything is fine, support thinks everything is fine, but I don't get any booking.com messages in Hospitable, nor do the automated messages get sent out.It seems like quite the hack/workaround they have set up with booking.com so I'm wondering if it really works reliably at all.
