If you can find somewhere that has all those extra pluses that appeal to us younger folk - we'll pay!

Extra bathrooms (even 1/2 baths) can be very good and garages are nice as well.

If the Listing Agent still refused to open the door of their own listing for an extra $500 in commission, ask them if they would consider doing it for $1,000 extra commission in Buyer Agent Rebate to increasing the Listing Agent's commission

Looking to do individual leases per bedroom and include basic furniture and home itens.

The properties are held individually with me and a partner.

The analysis isn't quite as straightforward as looking at each individual deal and seeing if the cash flow is positive on individual properties unless you're planning on only purchasing a single property.  

I’ve heard all the pros and cons but i think extra education (especially in a field you want to thrive in) is always a great idea.
