Which then means: you haven't been able to use the BRRRR strategy after all.I'm not saying turnkey properties can't get "10% yearly", but just that: it's too hard to SCALE those investments...

@Kiran Kumar Don't limit your investing strategy to ball park numbers and age of property.  

I am about to finance my fourth rental property using the BRRR strategy and then my bank will not lend to me anymore, hitting the magical fourth loan.

I recently bought a property (using BRRRR strategy) but we had an offer in on one that just didn't work out after inspection.

We plan to achieve this goal by generating cash-flow through the buy and hold strategy, likely starting with a 4-plex in Anchorage using a FHA loan as an owner-occupant to begin house-hacking.

So for an individual, it would be something like "John Doe, an adult, who resides at _______________________" For LLCs, it would look like "Blah LLC, a _____________ (State of Incorporation) Limited Liability Company, with a registered office at _______________".
