My impression of Renatus is that it's a hype up group. 

@Sante Morrone  yes this one is all over the internet.... and I have had folks contact me from BP postings and forward the same thing.I understand that someone who is not familiar with finance or borrowing money on real estate here in the US could be impressed with all the words.. but his is just not real... for so many reasons and should just be deleted post haste

I was under the impression I would have to replace the entire window unit (double window).

I built the condo project up behind the outlet mall... and the senior apartments.. market as you know tanked big time there and we are landbanking.. although my sign is down I still get calls for rentals.I was under the impression it took a permit from the city to rent shorter than a month and that they did not give many out..

When presented with this situation I get the impression that they have something to hide.

We place better tenants for longer terms at higher rates and bring up neighborhoods through careful tenant selection, consistent maintenance, and delivering the best service in the industry.  

LOL.I was impressed by the rentals in USA, but was astonished when i saw the taxes one needs to pay.so that's why i came up with such queries.you said it right sir, properties there are like stocks.but here in Mumbai it's different.

@Lauren Lusby...I was under the impression that Hard Money landers ad set interest rates across the board and that the only variables were the ARVs' % vs the actual money being borrowed.

Once your training is done, you will need to select a broker.

Also keep in mind the concept of selection bias.
