Is there a way to track the routes driven when you have a team Virtually driving for dollars?

How did you go about hiring and trusting roofers to get the job done? 

I have some good tenants in there now that are fine and are able to fix easy things themselves, but the day they move out I am hiring a PM to manage.

- I manage over 100 STRs in Columbus and most of the owners hire me to manage those for them.

The other option, (not sure if is even a possibility) is YOU be the GC and hire out all the subs yourself to save on time (and money to pay a GC).

I don't want to be the property manager so I hire a PM team. 

Stop asking strangers on the internet for legal advice, hire an attorney, and put an end to this immediately.This should have been resolved the moment you discovered the unauthorized occupant.

I'm wholesaling virtually and I have come across sellers who won't talk, but are ok with me coming to take a look at the property.
