I also realize that we're technically talking about the funding of two different things (a multi use property and a retail small business), so even though we'd be 50/50 owners on both, I'm not sure the financing could cover both.Thoughts?

NPN space is great if you want a job and or like all that stuff.Or invest with a fund that does the heavy lifting cant see why the one off individual would take this risk.

I would do two things: get professional bids on renovations (no fly-by-night contractors offering to save you a buck) and ensure I have the funds set aside to cover the cost.If you don't want it, I'm happy to take it off your hands.

Hello Bon, mine do not work across state lines, they will not even cover the entire state of Iowa.Basically, in your town, just find the couple of local banks that only have 1-3 branches and go in and chat with them.
