I am not a big believer in the "Fake it until you make it" ideals.There are many that attend the local REI Clubs that have been there for years, but have yet to complete their first deals.

I personally have not but they are active at the REI clubs and I would ask there amongst an audience where many have done business with them.

But if I formed a club consisting of residents who wished to buy fresh vegetables at low prices (it's a private community), and if I then made it an unincorporated non-profit (which is not commercial), I could skirt that section of the regulations.
