Hi BP teamI purchased my first rental property a couple of months ago in the Houston area and I am in the process of doing a small rehab before I rent it out.

I'm a first time home buyer and I am planning on moving to Jacksonville, NC within a couple months.

My main question is, is it possible for me to have the property reassessed after a couple years and pull a loan on the equity to completely pay him off and just have bank become the only financier?

Typically net 100+ comments in the first day, usually about 25-30 messages, 6-8 applications and a couple solid choices. 

I know that there is a networking event every third or fourth Thursday.

I don't have any referrals for Portland but I've had similar jobs done in my area and none cost more than a couple thousand.

I'm thinking of buying a Condo in a fairly popular tourist destination a couple blocks off the beach in Hawaii.

I have a couple investment properties in other states but this will be my first in Florida.

The goal is actually to keep them in the house as I live overseas and I know they are good tenants and will take care of the house for a couple years until I return home.   

Had it been a matter of couple of hours on a weekday, I would have done that (I have done that in past for in state properties).Now taking a day off here and there is not an issue at all but the question is do I have to always do that when I have to look at commercials.
