(but we've negotiated to drop below $1820 after 5 years and it will be locked for 30 years - no more balloon)all other data point were the same as aboveAl in all... initially it was a flat deal as many of you pointed out ($100/mo CF) but after our renegotiated debt service I feel it turned out to be a so-so deal for SoCal (almost $300/mo CF with $95K equity).I will definitely be trying to look for something with even more meat on the bone next time.

He charges the client exactly the costs charged to him by his subs, and tacks on a flat fee for him.

I own a 2 flat in Chicago and was going over the survey of the property and the diagram reads that my property line is 1' foot in opposite direction from my fence.

Apparently the odd numbers seem to indicate that the seller is using some form of equation that utilizes exact cost.Buyers who see an even price assume that it was randomly picked.So $197.63 for an item would be accepted more than a flat $200 price for some people.
