I was finally able to get him to sign extension with notary. 

We're finally gaining momentum with work the house so we're expecting to be able to rent them come May (that will make one whole year of holding and renovations... not our finest but we're still learning).I'll definitely be giving Granite State Credit Union a call soon though to discuss the refi with them.

Hi all from Denmark - i am new to this site but i have been reading a lot about investing in property (mostly us books) and on this site.However i started january / february 2018 to buy two properties (one with two apartments and the other with 4)In April 2018 i came across two properties offered to sale.

Before moving here I visited often And I ended up havIng to spend most weeks in a hotel because the Airbnb was always booked.

Read a few books on multifamily starting with David Lindahl's and Steven Berges books.

I have been in the process of finding a property to house hack for the past couple of weeks and finally found a great deal.

I am finally getting started in real estate and am looking for advice or a funding partner. 

So we kept renting and finally bought our own home.
