Your standard retail building with a few tenants. looking into different cash out options, but I feel sticking with conventional for the cash out refinance, but flipping to DSCR lender for the next purchase of mixed use real estate is the best of both worlds.

I prefer the old style arcade consoles over a TV/X-box setup because of the ambiance and old timey arcade feeling, but that might be just me.And yeah, paint the floor and walls bright and colorful and throw in a mini-split.

As of right now, there are 3 existing permitted structures: main house, detached garage in front (600 sq ft), and huge 2-story detached storage unit in back (2400 sq ft).

As a consequence, the charger operates at about 50% of its full capacity (but we figured some charge was better than nothing).Anyone adding a charger to an existing home may encounter the same limitations.Random note: our house was hit by lightning that fried one of the outdoor outlets and our computer equipment but the charger was unaffected (thankfully).

If you don't and the seller feels "ripped off" after you assign it and make a profit, they will come after your license and have a good shot at it.This also makes it more challenging to be fair, honest and ethical with a seller.
