Hello Faysal,1st of all, I personally don't like option 1, not equity gain with your investment.For your option 2, with your cash available position, I would see if I could talk the owner in to Owner financing the property for 12 months at 5%, with $100k down.

Yes it is counted toward your DTI. 

Be sure to CLEARLY state the date your company is taking over.Hopefully, it goes smoothly.

Hi Varun,I've been investing and owning in the DFW markets since 2012, and foundation work is a common maintenance item. 

So the question is… Do you provide mini blinds in your class C rentals?

My question is, can I pay my husband, who is not on the title,  as a property manager for his time cleaning and repairing a unit I own?
