Furniture and wall art is one thing, nd usually assumed to not be part of the sale, but fabricating fake plants, grass, trees and exterior features that is assumed to be part of the sale/house sounds like a bad decision at best.

So he's been slowly planting the seed with his listeners mindset (maybe for years in the making, he's very smart), and he wants big investors. 

I know there is a lot of fake wholesalers out there that give guys like me a bad name but there’s also a lot of bad agents out there that give agents a bad name...I’m not one to stereotype....real estate is a reputation business and everyone I’ve ever sold a wholesale house to loves me...sellers included...I have one seller that has sold me 7 houses this year...all 7 around 65 cents on the dollar because I close quick and cooperate with his exchange...John Thedford try to have a open mind about the wholesale concept maybe it can help you in your business...don’t be one of those guys who’s to smart for his own good... good luck and I wish all you guys well.

That might mean adding picnic benches, pulling out some dead plants, mulching beds, fixing dead spots in the lawn, whatever. - Either get the current PM on board or kick them to the street and start over.
