Hi All,I have recently created a new LLC in TN for the purpose of Real Estate Investing and the LLC has 3 members (33.3% each) including myself and 2 foreign investors from the UK.

I'm hyper-sensitive to ensuring that all structures/operations are legal, particularly for tax purposes. 

That would be more exact that me estimating how much I think the premium would be reduced.

In most cases that is exactly why the IRA account holder wanted to partner.So my advice to you, to your potential partner and everyone else reading this: do not pull personal funds together with your IRA funds into the same deal.

From what I've seen recently, your only purpose is to be contentious.

With the rehabs, the new 3 renters are great, exactly what we were hoping for.

For regulatory purposes, the lender has to pay the $30/month or so for the loan servicing company, which worked out to around .25%, hence the odd number.
