I have had businesses in the past where you work constantly and make great money but everything else was out of balance and you never had time to enjoy it.Today my mantra is about balance and true happiness in all facets of my life.

Yes, I am one of those who already does small gift cards at the Holidays as a token of appreciation for my tenants and I enjoy doing it. 

I enjoy researching and plugging numbers in.I'm looking for partners/investors to lend a hand and get my career going.

Btw, I really enjoy crunching numbers (Excel is my friend!)

I'm currently enjoying  a career "coffee break" which gave me the opportunity to focus on REI.  

I get as much enjoyment out of watching them catch fish then I do catching them myself.You're also right about making time....life passes you by so quick and before you know it you gave all your good years to your employer!
