The problem is, a property manager will never have an “owner’s mentality.”

Ignoring one to enhance the other is not intelligent investing.

Unless it enhances your property or adds value I would not do it.

Mentally people treat it more like a job and don't just become accustomed to paying lower rent.

I bought it when it came out, it is an excellent book that helps you get over the "need to see it in person" mentality and teaches you how to do your research from long distance.
