Not to mention I just got a promotion. 

I have 20 years of Guard service and 10 years of active duty so I have come to the point in my career where I look down the road of monotony, boredom, increased hours with more promotion, "safe" retirement, good benefits and think "do I really want to do 10 more years of working for someone else"?  

I'm not personally invested there (yet), but have several friends that are owner/occupants on E.

In the past several years, I have worked to achieve several additional designations including CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and is e-Pro Certified.

Check their calendar as I think that was where I saw that promotion.

I can setup and e-commerce portal but if someone will do it for me, that works too.
