I just imagine how many millions are wasted in America today by those that are under capitalized and spend what little they have and never do a deal.. its massive pretty sure about that.the one thing about at least paying for a pre license course which is cheap.. is you at least learn the laws and terminology and If you can get on a team you have a true mentor and you get paid to learn..

Seems like the goal is to tap the equity so you can buy more so this last option seems pretty good to me.
